In the thirteen years since she launched her business, Annette English has become one of the preeminent interior designers in California. Annette’s work was first featured in Los Angeles magazine in 2004 and has been accumulating accolades ever since. Her firm was selected by Esquire Magazine to participate in its prestigious annual Signature Space Program, partnering with Bally Milan, the European leather goods and uxury clothing label.

Annette pursued interior design in the San Francisco Bay area after many years as a successful restaurateur who garnered as much attention from critics for her design of the interiors as for the food. At 28 years of age she found herself running two successful companies with a staff of 30 under her leadership. After leaving the restaurant industry and finding her true passion, Annette studied interior design while working for a high profile San Franciscan designer for two years; running multiple multi-million dollar projects for both residential and commercial clients.

Moving to Los Angeles in 1998, Annette attracted the same high-caliber clientele including several Hollywood notables. She is highly regarded for her uncompromising vision and her penchant for managing every detail of complex projects both nationally and internationally.

The firm’s work has been featured in the prestigious Franklin Report, California Home and Design, Space, Home and Décor, Metropolitan Home and many other consumer and industry magazines. An Allied Member of AIA and an ASID industry partner, Annette emphasizes collaboration in the design process regardless of a projects scope or budget.

Originally from Perth, Australia Annette has travelled and lived all over the world. Her love of adventure, glamour and exotic locales is reflected throughout her work.
